Senior IT Analyst

Salary: 800-1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will help design and deliver sustainable IT solutions in the area of Credit Risk and Financial Rating. You’ll analyse data, work on integration and automation, and collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure clear, high-quality requirements and seamless end-to-end delivery. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, who enjoys working in agile teams, takes ownership, and isn’t afraid to speak up.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyse data, perform mapping and modelling, and contribute to solution design
• Work on IT solutions supporting automation in the Credit Risk and FAR area
• Cooperate with stakeholders from multiple countries to align on sustainable solutions
• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout end-to-end development
• Take ownership of requirements documentation and contribute to quality improvements

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, preferably in integration projects
• Strong business and technical background with excellent analytical skills
• Solid experience in writing requirements specifications
• Practical knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and solution integration
• Familiarity with process modelling, UML, BPMN
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Professional English skills 
• Experience in Credit Risk & Financial Rating is a strong advantage
