Senior IT Analyst

Salary: 800-1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the implementation and optimization of modern payment solutions, including SEPA, SWIFT, and ISO 20022 standards. The project aims to support digital transformation in the payments domain, with a strong emphasis on data migration, instant payments, and regulatory compliance.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Elicit and document business and IT requirements (functional and non-functional)
• Create and maintain detailed Requirements Specification Documents
• Perform data analysis to support requirement validation and process understanding
• Identify impacted systems, teams, and stakeholders based on requirements
• Collaborate with development teams during implementation phases
• Support testing and quality assurance processes
• Participate in the design and modelling of business processes
• Assist in UI prototyping and contribute to user interface design
• Manage bulking and de-bulking of payment files
• Analyze and support both Instant Payments and SEPA Classic Payments scenarios
• Support customer onboarding/enrolment processes

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis in IT and business contexts
• Strong understanding of the payments domain, including: SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area), SWIFT, ISO 20022 messaging (including MT to MX transformation)
• SQL (for data analysis and validation)
• Data mapping and data migration
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows
• Experience in process modelling (e.g., BPMN)
• Familiarity with file structures, bulking/de-bulking mechanisms
• Good knowledge of UI/UX concepts and prototyping tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
