Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years experience managing ITIL Service operation processes (inc. event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfilment)
• 3+ years experience managing ITIL Service transition processes (inc. change management)
• Understand the concept of continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, Ninjago)
• Have focus on continues improvement of service provided by the team
• Have competency to understand architecture and IT solution design documents
• Have a strong technical and leadership background
• Are creative and innovative with strong problem-solving skills
• Have experience in working internationally and with multicultural awareness
• Have direct focus toward customers
• Have drive to achieve goals
• Are eager to learn and follow new technologies

 

What you'll be doing

---

• Design and implement automation features for more efficient and secure application portfolio management.
• Ensure all security aspects are in place and aligned with client's processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation about all services and environments within the scope of the Application Support team.
• Provide technical expertise on complex technical issues and guide team members in solving technical problems.
• Guide team members and project stakeholders to ensure deliverables are accurate, optimized, and secure.
• Be proactive and engaged in KYC technical domain initiatives.
• Make recommendations for technology infrastructure, software, and equipment.
• Be the point of contact for the KYC System Team on all technical aspects.
• Be the point of contact for the Test Team, providing input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive and coordinate maintenance activities such as software upgrades, license renewals, hardware ordering and decommissioning, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Maintain system availability and ensure a sufficient level of IT support.
