Project

---

Join an exciting project focusing on IT analysis for innovative solutions in the banking and payments domain. You will collaborate with stakeholders, such as architects, developers, testers, and business representatives, to design sustainable IT solutions. The project emphasizes end-to-end development, from gathering and documenting requirements to verifying and enhancing the delivered solutions. As a key team member, you will contribute to creating a robust and future-proof infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal alignment with business strategies. Your insights will help shape impactful solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Expected competencies and knowledge

• Proven experience in IT and/or business analysis
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills with familiarity with international collaboration
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
• Knowledge of API development, data mapping, and process modeling
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping, and design principles
• Familiarity with architecture diagrams and technical collaboration
• Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies
• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain, including regulatory requirements like PSD2, PSD3, or PSR (advantageous)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team
• Use data, process, and information modeling to structure requirements effectively
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle
• Document requirements, including use cases, and focus on quality improvement
• Support testers and developers in the team and hub
• Verify developed solutions by analyzing test results and providing insights to stakeholders
• Contribute to the design of IT solutions aligned with business goals
