Project

You will join a Digital Development Team responsible for building and evolving a client-centric platform serving both internal and external users. The platform supports onboarding and membership processes, as well as listing and post-listing activities for issuers. It acts as a central digital framework used across multiple strategic digital initiatives within the organization. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software products within this digital platform domain.

Expected competences and knowledge

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Strong understanding of modern development paradigms: service-oriented architecture, REST APIs, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture
• Full-stack mindset with the ability to move across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Quality-oriented approach - unit testing, test automation, and awareness of security, performance, and stability
• Experience working in DevOps-oriented environments with shared operational responsibility
• Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable systems
• Interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI tools into engineering workflows

Responsibilities you'll have

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Build and evolve RESTful and GraphQL APIs in a service-oriented and event-driven architecture
• Contribute to cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS, SQS, SNS, S3, AuroraDB, Lambda, AppSync)
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
• Implement messaging and event-driven communication using Kafka, SQS, Solace
• Apply caching and search solutions (Redis, Hazelcast, Solr, Elasticsearch)
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Contribute to AI-assisted development workflows and integration of AI tools into engineering processes
• Collaborate closely with DevOps in infrastructure, deployment, and operational excellence
• Participate in architectural discussions and continuously improve scalability, performance, and maintainability
