Senior DevOps Engineer

Salary: up to 1300 PLN/day on B2B

Project

You will join a long-term financial initiative for a major Nordic banking group. The project focuses on stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical applications used across business lines. Your work will directly impact performance, security, and automation in a complex, high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Provide technical and administrative support for applications
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents
• Improve performance and enhance CI/CD automation
• Deploy releases and ensure a smooth release process
• Implement and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Ensure security and compliance standards
• Automate processes to boost operational efficiency
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in applications or infrastructure

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3+ years in a DevOps role
• Strong scripting skills (Bash / Python / PowerShell)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, Helm)
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions (AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
• Strong Git and Bitbucket practices
• Knowledge of Kafka, MS SQL, Oracle, Postman, SoapUI
• Experience in Linux environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Good command of English
• Nice to have: knowledge of the Pega platform
