Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on supporting the development of Data Products as a DevOps Engineer within an international banking environment. The role centers on designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, as well as building automation solutions with Terraform and Ansible. You will collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers, providing tools, scripts, and support to improve testing, deployment, and delivery processes. Additionally, you will troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments and act as a key point of contact for DevOps-related topics across teams. The project follows an agile approach and requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities you'll have

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (JobDSL, Groovy)

Build and manage infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible

Create and maintain scripts in Shell and Python to support development processes

Develop small tools and utilities to improve CI/CD pipelines and support developers and QA engineers

Troubleshoot deployment issues in Kubernetes environments

Collaborate with internal and external teams as a DevOps point of contact

Support and enable developers and testers by promoting DevOps best practices

Contribute to knowledge sharing through internal trainings, demos, and presentations

Optionally develop container-based microservices and support AI-related solutions in the Data area
Expected competences and knowledge

Strong experience in CI/CD, particularly with Jenkins or similar automation tools

Solid knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, especially Terraform and Ansible

Good Linux administration skills and strong scripting abilities (Shell, Python)

Basic experience with Kubernetes and containerization concepts

Proficiency with Git (preferably Bitbucket)

Basic programming skills (Python, Groovy)

Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in distributed teams
