Senior DevOps Engineer – High Risk & C&I - TP#36550 (41298)

Salary: 1000–1300 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project within the High Risk & C&I area, focused on the standardization and maturity of DevOps practices across a diverse portfolio of applications, including data-driven, code-only, and third-party configurable solutions.

The initiative aims to strengthen CI/CD excellence, enhance SDLC governance, and increase deployment frequency, stability, and automation across critical banking systems.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Design and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications
• Embed and promote SDLC best practices within product teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve release processes and deployment frequency
• Develop and optimize DevOps tooling and infrastructure
• Support containerized environments and infrastructure automation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within DevOps practices

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Git
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP)
• Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience in data solutions, including ETL and orchestration tools
• Understanding of leveraging AI in DevOps processes
