Senior Data/ML Engineer

Salary: 1200-1400 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (60% from the office)

Project

You will be involved in an advanced AI/ML initiative focused on building scalable machine learning platforms and data processing pipelines in the banking sector. The project focuses on MLOps, big data processing and real-time analytics, enabling data-driven decision making across multiple business areas. You will work on machine learning lifecycle management, large-scale data transformation and modern cloud-based ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models from development to deployment and monitoring
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, testing and monitoring for ML pipelines
• Build scalable data pipelines processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Develop distributed Spark processing pipelines for batch and near real-time workloads
• Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps engineers and business stakeholders to deliver ML solutions
• Improve and expand existing MLOps frameworks and tools for broader use cases

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong programming skills in Python and Spark
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for machine learning and data processing
• Good understanding of algorithms, statistics and linear algebra
• Practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and big data technologies like Hadoop or Hive
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building complex data flows
