Senior Automation Tester

Salary: 800 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on frontend testing using modern tools and frameworks. You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment alongside developers, analysts, and QA engineers.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Design, develop, and maintain automated frontend test scripts using Playwright, Cypress, and Cucumber
• Execute and analyse test results to ensure application quality
• Occasionally, perform manual testing to support specific releases or critical fixes
• Participate in API testing and contribute to test coverage across service layers
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and scrum teams to refine requirements and ensure testability
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions
• Maintain test documentation and ensure test cases reflect business and technical needs

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Solid experience in automated frontend testing
• Hands-on knowledge of Playwright, Cypress, and Cucumber
• Experience with API testing is a strong advantage
• Openness to perform manual testing in exceptional cases
• Good understanding of Agile methodology and working within scrum teams
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills
