    Salary: 900 - 1100 PLN/MD on B2B

    Work model: hybrid from Warsaw / Tricity / Łódź (1 day in the office per week)

    We're looking for a Sanctions Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our client's team in developing, delivering, and managing critical Circumvention and Evasion (C&E) training modules. The SME will work closely with the Sanctions Training Manager to create impactful content, track progress, and address case study-related questions to ensure compliance excellence.

     

    Expected competences and knowledge

    • Expertise in Sanctions regulations and regulatory expectations
    • Solid experience in sanctions advisory, compliance investigations, or similar fields
    • Familiarity with Circumvention and Evasion (C&E) practices and associated risks
    • Strong ability to develop and deliver effective training programs; previous experience in sanctions training is a plus
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing complex case studies
    • Proficiency in tracking and monitoring training progress using relevant tools or systems
    • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively
    • English at min. B2 level

     

    Responsibilities you'll have 


    • Collaborate with the Sanctions Training Manager to develop, record, and deliver six training modules focused on Circumvention and Evasion (C&E)
    • Manage the assignment and tracking of training progress across stakeholders
    • Conduct follow-up sessions based on stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with organizational needs
    • Provide subject matter expertise to address specific questions and challenges arising from case studies included in the training
    • Ensure that all training content complies with sanctions regulations and reflects regulatory best practices
    • Support ongoing C&E review projects (e.g., Project Safeguard) by providing input and aligning training objectives with broader compliance goals
