Project

We are looking for our client an experienced specialist to join their team responsible for managing production environments and supporting Release Management processes. In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in the production environment, handle incidents (L2), conduct root cause analyses, and implement fixes.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting Release Management processes to deliver software to the production environment
• Monitoring, investigating, and resolving issues in the production environment
• Managing incidents (Incident Management) and performing Root Cause Analysis
• Handling incidents at the L2 level

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization methods (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)
• Understanding of cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool)
• Familiarity with secure communication protocols (HTTPS)
• Experience with logging and log analysis tools (Splunk)
• Proficiency in metrics, monitoring, and alerting tools (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)
• Understanding of Microservice Architecture
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with JVM, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Oracle
