Release & Change Manager

Salary: 700-900 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk ( 2 days per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on data platform governance and end-to-end coordination of release processes in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end release processes for key data platform initiatives
• Plan releases based on work defined during PI (Program Increment) planning
• Collaborate closely with RTEs, Scrum Masters, and development teams
• Ensure compliance with internal release management guidelines and standards
• Monitor, document, and continuously improve the quality and automation of the release process

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Solid background in Change and Release Management gained over several project cycles in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as BMC Helix, BMC Remedy, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and enterprise release processes
• Strong organizational mindset and a sense of ownership for delivery quality and deadlines
