Project
You will be involved in a financial project within the banking sector, focused on regulatory reporting, data definitions, and aligning regulatory requirements with technical implementation.
Responsibilities you'll have
Analyze and interpret regulatory reporting requirements
Define and document regulatory data definitions and expectations
Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications for IT teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and sign-off
Support the development of reporting solutions and regulatory metrics
Ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory frameworks
Work with large datasets to support reporting processes
Expected competences and knowledge
5–10 years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, or data domains
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, SHS-G)
Understanding of regulatory requirements such as CRR and BCBS239
Experience in building or supporting regulatory reporting solutions
Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
Experience working with databases (e.g. Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL)
Ability to create clear functional documentation bridging business and IT
Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
