Project

You will be involved in a financial project within the banking sector, focused on regulatory reporting, data definitions, and aligning regulatory requirements with technical implementation.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyze and interpret regulatory reporting requirements

• Define and document regulatory data definitions and expectations

• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications for IT teams

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and sign-off

• Support the development of reporting solutions and regulatory metrics

• Ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory frameworks

• Work with large datasets to support reporting processes

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5–10 years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, or data domains

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, SHS-G)

• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as CRR and BCBS239

• Experience in building or supporting regulatory reporting solutions

• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets

• Experience working with databases (e.g. Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL)

• Ability to create clear functional documentation bridging business and IT

• Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
