Regular Platform Architect (Documentum)

Salary: 1100-1250 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will join a Platform Operations initiative focused on the stabilization and modernization of an enterprise Documentum platform. The project involves maintaining and evolving an existing enterprise solution, with a strong focus on platform stability, structured documentation, and controlled upgrades.

The role covers documenting the enterprise architecture, planning and supporting platform upgrades, and contributing to the ongoing development of the platform. You will work closely with an established Documentum solution, supporting its reliability, security, and long-term maintainability in a regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Supporting the design and maintenance of the enterprise Documentum platform architecture
• Documenting the current platform setup and architecture
• Planning and supporting platform upgrades and modernization activities
• Participating in troubleshooting and resolving platform-level issues
• Supporting platform stability, security, and risk mitigation activities
• Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the platform

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience as a Documentum platform architect maintaining enterprise solutions
• Good knowledge of Documentum as a service/product
• Understanding of system architecture, upgrades, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
• Awareness of platform-related risks and vulnerabilities and ways to mitigate them
• Around 3 years of experience as an Architect  (nice to have)
