Project Manager

Salary: 900 - 1100 PLN net / MD 

Remote: hybrid work (at least one day per week in the office in Gdynia)

Additional information: Willingness to travel and take flights to Amsterdam - collaboration with both Polish and Dutch teams

Project

The Project Manager will play a role in designing the integration architecture of the planning system a central platform connected to multiple HR and time-tracking systems within the company ecosystem.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 3 years of experience in IT as a Project Manager 
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with complex systems or corporate environments
• Very good command of English (B2+)
• Proactive attitude, good organization, and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in HR Tech, FinTech, or ERP projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or MS Project
• Project management certifications (e.g., PSM I, PMP, PRINCE2)

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Coordinate the work of a development team (in close cooperation with the Client’s Product Owner)
• Plan, track, and oversee project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)
• Maintain transparent communication with both the Client and the internal team
• Identify and manage project risks and help resolve potential issues
• Contribute to process improvement and project delivery optimization
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
