Work model: elastic hybrid from Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a project focused on creating the vision and development strategy for a digital product in the area of pricing and promotions management tools. Supporting the strategic goal of providing customers with a consistent shopping experience across all sales channels (both online and offline). Overseeing the creation and development of the digital product to enhance the efficiency of the pricing and promotions business area. Collaborating with international teams in an Agile environment to co-create innovative solutions.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Ensuring the quality and compliance of implemented solutions with the adopted strategy of providing consistent customer shopping experiences
• Managing and maintaining the backlog of digital products related to pricing and promotions management tools
• Collaborating with business teams – setting priorities, managing risks, supporting the preparation of business benefits, and co-creating product development strategies and vision
• Cooperating with technology teams (including development teams within the organization) and third-party companies
• Analyzing data and using it to support product decision-making and identify new business opportunities
• Planning and budgeting product development costs

 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong business knowledge of market solutions and customer expectations regarding pricing and promotions
• Practical experience and achievements in digital product management
• Ability to manage based on data – data analysis, interpretation, and application in the decision-making process
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
• Strong organizational skills – ability to set priorities and effectively manage the product development roadmap
• Fluency in English (expected level: B2/C1)
