PMO Specialist for Information Security Risk Reduction Program

Salary: 700 - 1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

Responsibilities you'll have

• Providing best practice insight into service transition and organisational change management
• Maintaining and continuously improving the service and business transition plan
• Proactively assisting Project Managers/Programme management, the Line Organisation and Business to transition activities, taking responsibility for specific projects
• Leading change impact assessments and developing change management plansfor deliverables
• Achieving stakeholder alignment
• Producing transition materials
• Support the handover process for the programme to become a function under the line.
• Maintaining the reporting overviews (execution tables) for all Business Areas
• Communicating overall service and business transition progress to key stakeholders inside and outside of the programme, e.g., workstream leadership, SPOCs, COOs, BCIOs etc.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in organisational change management
• Experience in leading impact assessments, change planning and delivering change activities
• Experience in senior stakeholder management
• Experience in project management
• Experience in financial services, technology and risk management change
• Strong communicator on all level in an organizatio
• Immediate availability is preferred for the project/programme to meet committed deliverables
