Project
The project involves a large-scale business and technology transformation, where the key responsibility is to lead day-to-day transition and organisational change management activities across the programme. The candidate will maintain and improve transition plans, conduct impact assessments, prepare change materials, and support the handover of the programme into the line organisation. The role requires close collaboration with multiple business and technology areas and regular communication of progress to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Providing best practice insight into service transition and organisational change management
- Maintaining and continuously improving the service and business transition plan
- Proactively assisting Project Managers/Programme management, the Line Organisation and Business to transition activities, taking responsibility for specific projects
- Leading change impact assessments and developing change management plansfor deliverables
- Achieving stakeholder alignment
- Producing transition materials
- Support the handover process for the programme to become a function under the line.
- Maintaining the reporting overviews (execution tables) for all Business Areas
- Communicating overall service and business transition progress to key stakeholders inside and outside of the programme, e.g., workstream leadership, SPOCs, COOs, BCIOs etc.
Expected competences and knowledge
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in organisational change management
- Experience in leading impact assessments, change planning and delivering change activities
- Experience in senior stakeholder management
- Experience in project management
- Experience in financial services, technology and risk management change
- Strong communicator on all level in an organizatio
- Immediate availability is preferred for the project/programme to meet committed deliverables
