Project

We are looking for a Platform Manager & Technical Writer (Expert on Platform Guidelines, WoW and Governance) to support a financial services project focused on Platform Definition & Governance.The role will cover knowledge sharing, platform management guidelines, and governance principles in alignment with architectural and security standards. The consultant will be deeply involved in building documentation, handbooks, and knowledge-sharing platforms for multi-tenant environments within banking technology.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Build and maintain a SharePoint site for Platform and Infrastructure knowledge sharing to Platform Teams and Tenants
• Write technical handbooks, work instructions, and guidelines targeted at IT engineers and Platform Teams
• Define roles, responsibilities, and governance aligned with client's architectural principles and security guidelines
• Ensure all documentation supports audit compliance, risk management, and efficient ways of working
• Engage with stakeholders, collect input, and independently deliver high-quality materials for client review
• Contribute to the strategy and design of the future Platform Management model once documentation foundations are in place

Expected competences and knowledge

• Advanced Technical Writing skills with high proficiency in English

• Solid expertise in Application and Platform Management within banking / financial services or similar regulated industries

• 5–6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a Banking Technology background

• Proven experience in writing guidelines for Multi-Tenant Platforms

• Strong understanding of compliance, risk, audit, and governance processes

• Knowledge of how to build SharePoint sites and create structured documentation

• Ability to work independently, while being attentive to stakeholder input and feedback
