Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and enhancing enterprise solutions on the Pega platform within a BizDevOps environment. The role combines technical development and business analysis, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of scalable Pega-based applications. This position is designed for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and can seamlessly transition between System Architect and Business Architect responsibilities. You will join a team that values versatility, continuous learning, and strong focus on business outcomes while contributing to the organization’s BizDevOps transformation journey.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Design and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements
• Actively develop features and contribute to the codebase (hands-on coding expected)
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Provide architectural guidance
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders
• Design and document business architecture artifacts (case types, processes, etc.)
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions
• Bridge business and technical perspectives effectively
• Support the team's BizDevOps maturity journey
• Mentor other team members based on experience level
• Adapt role responsibilities based on project and business needs

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3+ years of Pega Senior System Architect experience with a strong technical foundation
• Minimum 5+ years of proven Lead System Architect experience
• Strong expertise in Pega UI Constellation with demonstrated practical implementation experience
• Proficiency in Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices
• Experience with Pega 8.x platform and cloud environments
• Knowledge of integration approaches such as REST, SOAP, and MQ
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis for business solutions
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into Pega-based solutions
• Understanding of Pega Case Management framework and DCO methodology
• Proficiency in business architecture tools and documentation
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
