Project

We are looking for a Senior and Mid Murex Front Office Experts.

As a part of project team the expert will be responsible for:

• Work closely with trading and risk management teams to understand their needs.
• Analyzing trading processes and mapping them into the Murex system.
• Implementation and configuration of modules responsible for financial instrument management, trading, and portfolio management.
• Parameterization of the system to ensure correct pricing of financial instruments and risk-related calculations.
• Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) for order handling, pricing, and risk calculations.
• Identify areas for optimization to improve system performance and functionality.
• Conduct training for traders, risk managers, and other system users.
• Support during the go-live phase and post-implementation troubleshooting.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of Front Office functions in the Murex MX.3 system.
• Experience in configuring trading modules, pricing instruments, and risk management.
• Knowledge of financial products such as equities, bonds, derivatives, and currencies.
• Understanding of trading processes, trading strategies, and valuation methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and other languages used for configuration and integration of Murex.
• Familiarity with tools for market data management and valuation (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
• Ability to analyze complex trading processes and implement solutions in the system.
• Quick problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with trading teams and IT.
• Ability to work in a team.
