Project

You will collaborate closely with other experienced engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions that support Company's continuous growth and market expansion. The project offers a strong engineering culture and real influence on architectural decisions. You will work in a modern technology stack and contribute to the development of internal platforms and services built entirely in-house.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of commercial experience in backend development with Java
• Experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems operating under heavy load
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous communication, and messaging patterns
• Experience working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and building microservices-based architectures
• Good knowledge of software engineering best practices, including clean code, SOLID principles, code reviews, and automated testing
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose efficient, maintainable solutions
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset, ownership of delivered solutions, and willingness to influence technical decisions
• Openness to learning new technologies (e.g. Kotlin) and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
