Project

We are building a new development team for a global leader in HR and workforce solutions. This project will focus on developing scalable backend solutions for high-demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability. You will work in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, clean architecture, and performance optimization.

What you'll be doing

• Developing new application modules based on business requirements
• Designing and implementing efficient backend solutions
• Writing clean, structured, and scalable code following best practices
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
• Supporting optimization and performance improvements
• Collaborating closely with QA, DevOps, and other developers

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Practical knowledge of Hibernate (including Criteria API)
• Experience with Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot)
• Basic experience with Spring Batch or other batch-processing solutions
• Experience with REST API development
• Familiarity with Docker
• Basic knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS)
• Understanding of clean code principles and design patterns
