Project

The project is part of the InCharge program, a strategic digital initiative supporting electric mobility services for end customers, partners, and service operations. The platform is built to scale across markets and integrates CRM, operational processes, and backend systems responsible for EV charging infrastructure.

 

The assignment focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Field Service, where the consultant will develop and extend CRM capabilities supporting customer onboarding, charging point management, partner integrations, and service delivery. The work is delivered within an agile product team, following sprint-based development and continuous improvement practices.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service and/or Field Service)

• Hands-on development skills in .NET and C#

• Experience building plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows

• Knowledge of system integrations and API-based architectures

• Experience with Azure cloud services, especially Azure Functions

• Familiarity with agile development (Scrum, sprint-based delivery)

• Ability to work in an English-speaking, international environment
