Salary: 500-700 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a management support role within a large international organization, providing direct support to two senior leaders in day-to-day operations and cross-team coordination. The role focuses on executive assistance, meeting orchestration, KPI follow-up, and administrative decision-making in line with established policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Managing calendars for two senior leaders, including advanced scheduling and prioritization
• Organizing and running leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation, timekeeping, and meeting minutes
• Coordinating follow-ups on KPI performance across multiple units and teams
• Orchestrating cross-team activities and tasks requiring collaboration between different stakeholders
• Reviewing and approving administrative tasks on behalf of senior leaders according to defined rules and guidelines
• Providing ad-hoc support for local events and leadership-related initiatives
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• Advanced calendar management skills using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Strong organizational skills with experience in orchestrating complex meetings or events
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined frameworks
  
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written), enabling effective communication in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience in large organizations 
• Previous exposure to Zalaris or CPRo
