Project

We are building a new AI-driven team from the ground up, focusing on automating and optimizing TechOps processes using Agentic AI and reasoning models. Our core environment is Databricks, and the project leverages cutting-edge LLMs and Generative AI tools like LangChain, Langraph, and MLFlow.

In addition to Python, we also use JavaScript for scripting in ServiceNow. 

 

Responsibilities you will have

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automating and improving TechOps processes
• Implement reasoning models and Agentic AI to enhance decision-making and automation
• Work with Databricks as the primary AI/ML environment
• Develop and integrate LLM models into business solutions
• Utilize GenAI tools such as LangChain, Langraph, and MLflow for AI workflows
• Write scripts and automation tools in Python and JavaScript, including scripting for ServiceNow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US to align AI initiatives with business goals
• Contribute to the team's technical roadmap, ensuring high performance and scalability of AI solutions
• Stay up to date with AI advancements, evaluating new tools and methodologies to enhance our capabilities

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong Python and JavaScript programming skills
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure AI Foundry
• Experience working with LLM models
• Knowledge of GenAI tools
• Previous experience in AI-driven automation and reasoning models
• Ability to collaborate in a distributed team, working with US-based teams
