Salary: 1200-1400 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warszawa/Gdańsk/Gdynia (at least 1-2 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of large-scale Pega solutions using the Constellation design system. The goal is to support business-critical workflows through highly scalable and performant architecture.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

 

• Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design
• Create and implement complex workflows, decisioning logic, and system integrations
• Identify, build, and maintain reusable components
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases for optimization and functionality
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams
• Guide team members on the use of the latest Pega studios and tools
• Support in scoping and sizing of Pega features

 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

 

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development
• Minimum 2+ years as a Pega Lead System Architect
• Hands-on project experience with Pega Infinity
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
• Experience in Constellation-based configurations (experience in the financial sector is a plus)
• Expertise in architecting large Pega solutions
• Solid experience in integrating enterprise applications with Pega
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full professional fluency in English
