We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to support and develop financial and accounting processes within an e-commerce environment. The role focuses on system maintenance, configuration, and process optimization, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining, customizing, and improving core finance modules (GL, AR, AP) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The role ensures system stability, process efficiency, performance optimization, and clear functional documentation supporting daily business operations.

 

 

What you will be doing:

• Maintaining, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Optimizing financial and accounting processes (GL, AR, AP) for efficiency and system performance
• Designing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Creating functional documentation, requirements specifications, and user instructions
• Supporting daily finance operations within an e-commerce environment
• Optional involvement in logistics or master planning modules

 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 1 year of experience in implementation or maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in optimizing financial and accounting processes, both in terms of process and system performance
• Knowledge of General Ledger and operational finance processes: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for purchasing and sales of goods and services
• Ability to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Ability to design business processes
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for optimization, and create functional documentation and user process instructions
• Knowledge of logistics or master planning modules in D365 F&O is a plus
