    We are seeking a Knowledge Manager to oversee technical and operational knowledge in alignment with ITIL best practices. The role involves verifying and creating documentation, translating technical content into user-friendly articles, and ensuring knowledge resources are accessible, consistent, and easy to maintain. The Knowledge Manager will support onboarding, training, and effective knowledge sharing while acting as the main contact for knowledge management-related inquiries and tracking progress through relevant metrics.

    Expected competences and knowledge

    • Previous experience in a Knowledge Management role
    • Exposure to and strong understanding of ITIL
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex technical data into clear and accessible language
    • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders across all organizational levels
    • Previous experience with ITSM tools, particularly in the Knowledge Management module

     

    Responsibilities you'll have


    • Verify quality of technical and operational documentation
    • Coordinate and/or create operational documentation to address gaps or improve quality
    • Translate technical documentation to user-friendly knowledge articles that are appropriate for the intended audience
    • Assist in capturing new knowledge using the IT Knowledge Management System
    • Ensure knowledge articles are simple, accessible, user-friendly, and easily maintainable to meet organizational needs
    • Drive consistency in documented knowledge base articles and solutions
    • Maintain relevant content to support onboarding and ongoing training
    • Encourage staff to share knowledge effectively and efficiently
    • Act as the single point of contact for Knowledge Management-related questions
    • Monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics
    • Follow the ITIL best practices
