Junior IT Analyst

Salary:

400 - 500 PLN/day on B2B/UZ for candidates with initial experience in data analysis

245 - 300 PLN/day on UZ for candidates without experience in data analysis

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for a Junior IT Analyst to join our client's project focused on DORA. The role involves documenting and improving data governance standards, monitoring data quality, mapping required data, overseeing data management processes, and collaborating with stakeholders while using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Document and suggest data governance procedures and standards 

• Monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness

• Map data that is required for the register

• Oversee data management processes, including data ingestion, storage, and retrieval 

• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as excel, SQL,Tableau, Power BI

• Track data lineage to ensure transparency and accountability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-related support

• Familiarity with data security and compliance principles, including: Data encryption, Access control 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders

• Ability to analyze data-related issues and develop effective solutions

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality

• Nice-to-have knowledge and experience with Data, MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
