Junior Business Analyst

Salary: 300-500 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from  Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

Join a dynamic team focused on delivering great customer experiences in daily banking, with emphasis on savings, investments, and tax corrections. You'll be part of the Denmark team located across three cities, while your role will be based in Łódź. Work in a lively, international environment with skilled colleagues, high ambitions, and plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and help shape a new customer journey.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Advanced level of English (read, written)
• Excellent communication skills on different business levels with ability to build partnership business relations
• Knowledge about Lean management and continuous improvements
• Ability to see what needs to be done, both in the short and long term
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Data analytics skills
• Previous experience working tax related assignments
• Preferable previous experience in a back-office position
• Solution oriented mindset, can-do approach in dealing with challenges
• Strong skills in building partnership relations with stakeholders
• Courage to share own opinions and come up with own ideas
• Openness to drive, implement and enable others to change and improve things around
• Focus on delivering high quality service to customer

Responsibilities you'll have

• Contributing to the general DBS Denmark Services' strategic initiatives
• Delivering on time and with high quality with strong focus on risk and compliance
• Taking care of effective cooperation and transparent communication with relevant stakeholders
• Optimizing banking processes
• Focusing on continuous improvements to ensure most efficient operations
• Creating accurate Standard Operating Procedures
