Salary: 800 - 985 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

The ITSM BMC specialist is responsible for the administration, configuration, customization and support of BMC ITSM solutions such as BMC Helix / Remedy. This role involves working with IT teams and stakeholoders to optimize ITSM processes to ensure system reliability, and enhance service delivery through automation and best practices.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Development and customization: design, develop and customize BMC Helix ITSM modules, workflows and automation scripts
• Integration: implement integrations with third-party applications, web services and middleware tools
• Configuration: configure ITSM modules, Service Requests and manage CMDB reconsilliation jobs
• Provide troubleshooting for BMC Helix applications
• Perform regular system health checks and operational enhancements
• Create dashboards and reports to support business operations
• Acting as a subject matter expert and make recommendations to IT and business stakeholders

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM development or support roles
• Expertise in ITSM processes and tools like CMDB
• Proficiency in SQL, Javascript, PowerShell, Python, REST API or other scripting languages for customization and Integration
• Familiarity with cloud-based ITSM solutions
• Certifications - ITIL Foundation, BCM Certified Administrator or BMC Remedy Developer (preferred)
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
