Job description

Salary: 500-900 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warsaw (remote work possible after 2 months of training on-site)

Project


You will be involved in a financial project focused on strengthening and maintaining high-quality IT services for a large international banking organization.

The project supports end users by improving operational efficiency, stability of IT environments, and service availability, ensuring smooth daily work across the bank.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Providing advanced IT support for end users in a complex corporate environment
  • Handling incidents, service requests, and problem management in line with ITIL processes
  • Cooperating with internal IT teams and external vendors
  • Monitoring service quality and contributing to SLA/KPI improvements
  • Supporting rollouts, changes, and deployments of IT solutions
  • Actively identifying areas for process optimization and automation

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Proven experience in IT Support / IT Operations / Service Desk roles
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management
  • Ability to work in an enterprise environment with high security standards
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with incident, change, and problem management tools
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
