IT Risk and Compliance Manager

Salary: 800-1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk (2 day per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on ensuring IT compliance, managing security risks, and supporting regulatory requirements (ECB, DORA, etc.) within a DevOps environment. The project aims to maintain high standards of IT security and compliance across critical banking applications.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Coordinate and manage IT risk and compliance activities within the DevOps team.
• Create, monitor, and handle IT risk cases on a daily basis.
• Support application specialists in updating legacy software to meet current security standards.
• Process and resolve security requests initiated by the global security team.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a driver of multiple tasks and initiatives related to IT security and compliance.

Expected competences and knowledge

• General knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system security.
• Experience with IT risk management and compliance processes.
• Ability to understand and interpret regulatory requirements (e.g., ECB, DORA).
• Strong organizational skills and capability to drive multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
