IT Communication Manager

Salary: 800 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Project

We’re looking for an experienced  IT Communication Manager to support a financial organization in the rollout and adoption of digital workplace and security-related solutions. The role focuses on defining and executing a clear communication strategy that supports IT implementations, drives user engagement, and enables effective change management in a distributed, international environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Define and execute a clear communication strategy to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant information across multiple channels

• Manage communication activities related to product and feature rollouts within a financial environment

• Create high-quality content, including written copy and short video materials, tailored to different communication channels and user groups

• Support the creation of educational and instructional materials for various audiences (end users, key users, stakeholders)

• Design and implement feedback collection mechanisms for product rollouts and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Collaborate closely with IT, business, and change management teams in a distributed and multicultural setup

• Support change initiatives and drive user adoption through effective communication

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication management or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Proven ability to understand and manage complex topics
• Demonstrated experience in driving change within a distributed and multicultural environment
• Experience supporting IT implementations
• Experience with Windows Hello for Business or similar identity/security solutions is a strong plus
