IT Business Analyst

Salary: 900-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on advanced data analysis and business reporting in the area of Credit Risk. The main goal is to provide reliable insights for risk management and regulatory compliance by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT development teams.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL on large and complex datasets
• Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and accurate implementation
• Support testing phases: UT, ST, and end-to-end UAT
• Create and validate functional test cases to ensure the quality of delivered solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience and at least 4 years of Analyst experience
• Advanced SQL skills with proven experience working on large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand business terminology and processes, especially in financial services
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile teams
• Advantage: experience in Credit Risk domain
• Advantage: knowledge of Python and/or SAS
