Salary: 750 - 900 PLN/MD on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Warsaw / Tricity (one day in the office per week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst with PEGA experience to join newly created team which builds Corporate Online Onboarding solution for our client's customers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PEGA software, understand business requirements, and translate these into functional specifications for PEGA system enhancements. The IT Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify business process improvements and ensure the successful implementation of the solution.

 

What you'll be doing

• Understand and document business requirements and processes
• Identify areas of improvement and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Work closely with developers to implement functionality and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as process maps and requirements specifications

 

Expected competences and knowledge 

• Min. 3-5 years of experience as a IT Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with PEGA applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• PEGA Certified Business Architect (CBA) or PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certifications are preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in PEGA software, and experience with business process modeling
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines
