Project

The project focuses on ensuring business continuity and crisis management by conducting technical analysis, creating comprehensive documentation, and implementing improvements for legacy systems. A key objective is to modernize existing solutions to meet contemporary technological standards while mitigating operational and technical risks.

Key activities include collaborating with architects and SMEs to analyze technical enablers, creating detailed documentation, and contributing to forums (e.g., tech debt, tech stack) to validate and align processes. The project also involves performing application risk remediation analysis and documenting findings, as well as analyzing legacy systems and preparing documentation based on existing solutions to support modernization efforts..

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Developer with 15 years experience (preferably Java)
• Good practical understanding of different technology stacks including microservices
• Good knowledge and practical understanding of technical IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of IT Architecture
• Elicit, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements by using data, process or information modelling
• Translate business needs into development tasks/stories
• Fully self-driven, problem solver
• Very good at navigating in the organisation
• Very good at communicating with business and tech stakeholder
• Very structured
• Knows what it takes to deal with legacy applications (which could be in local language) and what to consider to get out of them
