IT Analyst with data engineering profile

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź

(at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on credit data storage. The solution must evolve with changing business requirements while maintaining optimal performance through effective data governance and housekeeping

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements
• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders
• Break down complex issues, identify dependencies, and define constraints
• Support solution design and propose micro-level architectural changes
• Visualize changes using ERDs, sequence diagrams, and data flow charts
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product owners
• Contribute to data modeling and optimization in a data warehouse context
• Support continuous improvement efforts in data processes and storage efficiency

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data engineering
• Experience in data mapping, mining, and modeling (relational and canonical)
• Proficiency in data warehousing and ETL tools (Datastage)
• Expert in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, and Oracle Advanced Queuing
• Familiarity with Data Governance frameworks and architecture principles
• Ability to create ERD, sequence diagrams, and basic BPMN
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• English at B2 level or higher
