IT Analyst

Salary: 800-1050 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join a strategic initiative in the financial sector, with a strong focus on the cards domain. You will be working in an international environment, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet complex business and regulatory requirements.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT or business analysis
• Experience in the banking/financial services industry, ideally in consumer card services
• Strong understanding of the cards domain and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with UML standards (use case, process, sequence diagrams)
• Experience in data mapping, migration, and SQL
• Familiarity with architecture concepts: microservices, event-driven design
• Solid technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers (Java, C++ applications)
• Hands-on experience with UAT, requirement refinement, and documentation
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum) and the SDLC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of English (minimum communicative, C1 level preferred)

Responsibilities you'll have

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document strategies and objectives
• Translate business strategies into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare, manage, and validate requirements for Java/C++ applications
• Liaise with developers, architects, and technical staff to ensure accurate implementation
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring stakeholder sign-off
• Provide training and guidance to business users during implementation
• Generate reports and insights to assess solution effectiveness
• Contribute to low- and high-level design documents in close collaboration with architects
• Share knowledge, coach peers, and contribute to continuous team improvement
• Operate effectively in a cross-functional, international environment
