Expected competences and knowledge

• Hands-on development/integration experience with Payments, Swift and surrounding business areas
• Strong with Microsoft technology, SQL
• Experience with Jira, qTest, Helix and Confluence
• Experience gathering and documenting user requirements and partnering to build a high level design document
• Experience working alongside a technical team (i.e., Developers, QAs, vendor resources)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with agile development and DevOps tools and concepts
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

 

 

What you'll be doing

• Business and Functional Requirements Documentation: Collaborating with business stakeholders to document business and functional requirements, covering aspects like data flow, business rules, technical design, and solution architecture.
• Data Mapping and Modelling: Creating data mapping documents, performing data modeling, and supporting data migration activities to ensure the smooth transition of information across systems.
• Strategic Contribution: Contributing to the formulation of strategies and processes for the organization's IT roadmap, focusing on defining new automation initiatives, improving standards, and driving efficiency.
• Eliciting and Validating Requirements: Eliciting, validating, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical constraints.
• Agile Development and Jira Management: Translating business requirements into features, user stories, and tasks in Jira, as part of an agile scrum team, and working closely with business stakeholders, application maintenance, and other technology teams to deliver on the project backlog.
• Business and IT Testing Support: Using knowledge of business flows, data, and systems to provide support for business and IT testers during various test phases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and issue resolution.
• L3 Support: Providing Level 3 (L3) support for incidents and problems, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
