IT Analyst

Salary: 900-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw (at least 2 day per week from the office)

Project

---

You will join a project focused on building and improving data-driven solutions in the area of credit risk analysis. The role involves working closely with both business and technical teams to bridge the gap between requirements and implementation. You will be responsible for designing solutions, performing deep data analysis, and contributing to functional testing. 

 

Responsibilities you'll have

• Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL on large datasets
• Independently translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs
• Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team
• Support unit testing (UT), system testing (ST), and end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create functional test cases and validate results to ensure alignment with business needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams and participate in regular ceremonies

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum of 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3–4 years as a Business/Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying
• Comfortable working with and analyzing large-scale datasets
• Experience or familiarity with Credit Risk
• Ability to understand and interpret business terminology and processes 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in Agile environments
• Knowledge of Python or SAS is a strong advantage
