Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on payment systems and banking solutions, working in an international environment.
The role combines IT and business analysis, close cooperation with technical teams, and active participation in shaping both functional and non-functional requirements for payment and reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities you'll have
Analyze business and IT requirements related to payment systems and banking processes
Define, detail and maintain functional and non-functional requirements and prepare Requirements Specification Documents
Identify people, systems and processes impacted by proposed solutions
Support development and quality control activities throughout the delivery lifecycle
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment
Participate in integration projects (on-premise, hybrid or cloud-based solutions)
Support data-related activities such as data mapping, migration and reconciliation processes
Contribute to UI prototyping and design from a requirements and usability perspective
Collaborate within an agile delivery framework (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban)
Expected competences and knowledge
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis
Strong knowledge of the banking and payment domain (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO messages)
Experience with payment reconciliation processes and statement generation
Experience or solid understanding of data mapping, data migration and process modelling
Practical knowledge of SQL
Experience with user interface prototyping and design
Very good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Experience working in agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Excellent spoken and written English and experience in international collaboration
