IBM Master Data Management - Developer Senior

Salary: 120 - 150 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be working on a large-scale banking project focused on Master Data Management, supporting critical processes around customer data consistency, quality, and integration. The project is developed in a modern Agile Release Train setup, offering close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct impact on shaping enterprise-level data solutions.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Developing the product according to the agreed requirements and standards
• Collaborating closely with the rest of the Scrum team and ART members incl. issue resolution, knowledge sharing
• Taking active part in refining the requirements, defining users stories and tasks using best practices

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years working experience designing and developing IBM MDM Development
• Preferred experience working with Java, PLSQL, CSS, SQL
• Good competency in Java Webservices with advanced excel skills
• Understanding of master core data management concepts 

Nice to have 

• Experience in analysis
• Experience in Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development 
• Experience in SAFe.
