Model Work: Hybrid from Gdynia / Warszawa / Rzeszów OR 100% remote

Join our client's dynamic team as a Fullstack Developer. You will play a key role in building and optimizing modern applications, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and enhancing the user experience. You will work in an environment that values innovation, technical excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Develop and maintain services for a modern digital platform, including:
  • Frontend component development and enhancement
  • Backend system architecture implementation
  • API development and integration
  • Database design and optimization
  • Performance monitoring and improvement
  • Ensuring cross-platform compatibility
  • UI/UX enhancements
  • Preparing technical documentation
• Present technical concepts and solution proposals effectively
• Identify innovative solutions and development approaches
• Independently resolve problems while following escalation protocols
• Provide regular progress reports and maintain technical documentation
• Demonstrate completed work and propose solutions
• Execute tasks in a self-directed manner within agreed-upon parameters

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong backend development skills using .NET 8
• Proficiency in Angular (version 18+) for front-end development
• Experience with NX Nrwl and mono-repo architecture
• Familiarity with development environments such as Visual Studio Code / Visual Studio
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including:
  • Web Apps
  • Container Apps
  • Cosmos DB
  • App Configuration
  • API Management
• Business-level English proficiency for effective communication and service delivery
