Project

We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to join Jit Team and help us build innovative, large-scale web solutions that support multiple business areas within international organizations.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of scalable frontend architectures, setting technical standards, and ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across products.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to shared design systems, and help create a maintainable, secure, and high-performance frontend ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and overseeing the development of modern, scalable frontend applications

• Defining technical standards and promoting best practices across teams

• Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions

• Mentoring and supporting team members in technical and architectural decisions

• Ensuring code quality, performance, and accessibility of delivered solutions

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript

• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and modular application design

• Experience with shared design systems and reusable UI component libraries

• Knowledge of React Router and state management solutions (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Recoil)

• Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

• Familiarity with secure authentication and session management (BFF approach, no token storage on frontend)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern frontend tooling

• A proactive communicator and a collaborative team player, especially in distributed teams

• Ability to lead development discussions, perform code reviews, and support team members in technical growth

Nice to have:

• Experience with Node.js (for BFF or frontend tooling)

• Knowledge of cloud-based environments
