Fraud Management - IT Developer Expert DevOps

Salary: 1100–1300 PLN net/day PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

---

The project focuses on developing and running a strategic CI/CD platform to support business-critical deliveries in the banking sector. You’ll be responsible for:

 

• Creating and operating continuous integration systems
• Managing source code repositories and branching strategies
• Automating builds, deployments, and pipelines
• Governing deployments across multiple environments
• Integrating engineering tools with CI/CD (test automation, automated release notes, etc.)

 

The role requires close cooperation with the engineering teams to ensure consistent adoption of CI/CD practices across the organization.

 

Responsibilities you'll have

 

• Build and operate continuous integration and continuous deployment systems
• Manage source code repositories and apply best branching practices
• Automate builds, deployments, and pipelines
• Govern deployments across multiple environments (dev, test, prod)
• Integrate engineering tools with CI/CD (test automation results, automated release notes, Agile toolset data)
• Ensure security-oriented approach to DevOps practices
• Support the adoption of the strategic CI/CD platform across the organization
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other engineers to improve delivery processes 

 

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Deep knowledge of Jenkins and Bamboo CI/CD solutions
• Experience with Ansible automation (AWX or AAP)
• Strong skills in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Programming/scripting in Python or Go
• Experience with Artifactory and Bitbucket/Git
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and integrations
• Understanding of Maven and Gradle build processes
• Good knowledge of Java applications
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of API services and load balancing
• Security-oriented mindset in DevOps practices
