ETL Manual Tester

Salary: 500-900 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 4 days per month from the office)

Project

---

You will be involved in a financial project focused on ensuring the high quality of IT deliveries within a leading European bank.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum +3 years of experience in IT testing, preferably in the banking sector or in data migration projects
• Practical experience in ETL process testing
• Good knowledge of working with XML and CSV files
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with test environments and basic test management tools
• Knowledge of testing methods and ability to contribute to test strategy development
• Experience working in Agile teams or projects
• Professional-level understanding of IT concepts, with a basic awareness of business processes
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Responsibilities you'll have

• Identifying appropriate tests and managing test data
• Designing and executing test cases, monitoring results, and documenting findings
• Assisting the Test Manager in preparing test plans and required documentation
• Performing efficient regression testing to minimize risk in ETL releases
• Reporting, assigning, and tracking resolution of ETL code issues to improve development quality
• Ensuring adherence to testing standards, methods, and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes
• Conducting testing across all phases of the test lifecycle for robust implementation
• Analyzing and understanding common ETL failures to enhance IT solution quality
