Data Analyst

Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk  (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on building and further development of a modern Data Platform for a leading bank. The project is strongly data-driven and combines business requirements with advanced data analytics solutions, supporting decision-making processes across the organization.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Act as a bridge between business needs and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Participate in building or rebuilding the Bank’s Data Platform
• Work closely with data products and data-driven solutions
• Support the design of advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and translate them into business features
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
• Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional delivery team
• Take ownership of tasks, features and user stories
• Apply strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking when working with complex, end-to-end processes

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with complex and ambiguous requirements
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with business users
• Independence and ownership in task execution
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies on a high level and ask the right questions
• Experience with data analysis, data hygiene and data quality
• Familiarity with machine learning, big data and CI/CD pipelines
• Banking domain knowledge as a strong asset
