Core Services - Solution Architect

Salary: 1150-1350 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

Financial project focused on infrastructure services with emphasis on Azure Entra ID cloud adoption. Includes architectural documentation, compliance frameworks, and hybrid identity integration.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Create HLD and SDD documents aligned with Nordea standards
• Provide technical consultation and architectural guidance
• Conduct gap analysis between current and target architecture
• Document architectural decisions
• Map technical requirements to BCCM, DORA, and audit frameworks
• Design integration models for on-premises and cloud
• Support stakeholder management and technical communication

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years as Solution Architect in enterprise environments
• Expertise in Azure Entra ID configuration and integration
• Proven HLD/SDD documentation skills
• Strong identity management and Microsoft identity solutions knowledge
• Experience with hybrid integration of on-prem and cloud
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance requirements
• Work with enterprise architecture teams for design approval
